Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases. All sales are final, unless there is either a mistake within your order, or your order is faulty upon receipt.
If you have any exchange enquiries please contact us immediately within 7 business days of receiving the item with a description of the query and your order number.
We only accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn) within our allocated time frame. We're a small crew so unless the order is not in good condition on arrival or we made a mistake, we ask that you carefully commit to your purchase!

Credit For Return?
If a return has been approved and the customer would like the money returned, New Traditions will only return the money to the account or credit card number that the original invoice was debited to.
