Lakai are proud to have partnered with legendary pro-skateboarder Omar Salazar’s Doomsayers Club brand. Doomsayers is a board, apparel, and accessory brand founded in Sacramento and based in Los Angeles, CA. They are widely recognised and known for their iconic “snake shake graphic”.

With shared team riders Greg Dehart, Ramses Arroyo, and Marley Humphrey in mind, Lakai created a full co-branded footwear and apparel line. Featuring custom artwork and the popular Telford, Newport, and Manchester models.

The Newport pulls inspiration from Lakai's first ever vulcanised style, the Howard Select. Designed to be simple but loaded with performance. Built with the same comfort and support as the Bristol.

The upper has refined bold branding, breathable tongue, with a blend of durable suede and leather materials. PARA-MOUNT™ outsole technology consists of dual density rubber that provides cushioning that challenges a cupsole. The Hex-tread pattern is designed for maximum board feel. Each Hex pod moves independently which gives 360 degrees of flexibility. The premium foam DELUX-LITE™ sockliner is designed with a deep heel cup for stability and contoured arch for comfort.
